At Møller & Damgaard Gastro ApS, we make reservations for any errors in our stated prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. Reservations are also made for sold-out items.
Payment options
Møller & Damgaard Gastro ApS accepts payment with VISA, Mastercard, MobilePay. The payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold out/discontinued items.
Collection
Your goods can be collected at Niels Bugges Kro, Ravnsbjergvej 69, 8800 Viborg, Denmark.
Reimbursement
In the case of a refund, please include bank details in the form of reg. no. and account no. so that the agreed amount can be transferred. The information can safely be provided by email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfilment of the refund.
Right of return
There is no right of cancellation for online purchases at Niels Bugges Kro, cf. the Consumer Contracts Act.
alcohol
According to Danish law, persons must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcohol above 16.50%. To purchase alcohol below 16.50%, the person must be at least 16 years old.
We reserve the right to ask for a valid photo ID as proof of age in case of doubt.
